 The Methodology Behind MARIPOSSA Wellness

Applicable, effective self-care and self-awareness is all about learning and practicing new skills. Developing practices to address stress related symptoms takes time and effort.

 Our MARIPOSSA Wellness instructors are here to guide and further enrich your mind with effective methods to recover your mental and physical health. Allowing individuals the ability to address and relieve symptoms of stress including chronic pains, exhaustion, anxiety, insomnia, and depression—all on their own. 

Mind-Body Connection = Healthier Daily Behavior

MARIPOSSA Wellness Programs cultivate mind-body connection through implementing physical movements, mindful breathing, stretching techniques and aromatherapy.

 Each customized session can range from 30 to 60 minutes and are specifically designed to suit participant activity while still in work attire.

 MARIPOSSA Wellness sessions are flexible and can be held either on-site or live- online. Wellness sessions can be scheduled back to back so an employee has time options to participate and learn important tools to take back their power.

 30-Minute Guided Wellness Session Includes:

 • Movement therapy techniques (participants can wear office clothes)

• Breath awareness techniques

• Mind/body awareness techniques

• Essential oil therapy (optional)

• Self-care instruction/tools
